for a reason. She’s the smartest, most self aware, most important and
REFRESHING Pop Star we’ve seen this turn of the centaury. Lady Gaga is a living
breathing cartoon character, and I love her for that. Her understanding of
celebrity, fame and media as seen in her (really really good) second album The Fame Monster: exploring the dark
side of Fame, with each song representing a fear. In total contrast to her
first album The Fame, which revolved around all the glamour and superficial
veneer of celebrity. Stefani Germonatta has used Lady Gaga as a catalyst for
self-promotion; it’s been bloody effective.
